Unfortunately there is no restaurant at Askara Haus except for the kitchen providing delicious breakfast that is included in the room price. However, Askara Haus is conveniently located near many incredible restaurants and we’d be happy to give you recommendations depending on what you’re in the mood for.

Absolutely! Our large open-plan rooms all have desks and sitting areas where you’ll be very comfortable completing work. We also have a stunning 20-seater boardroom that can be rented out for important business meetings. Check out the details under Events.

No, Askara Haus provides breakfast for our guests and the kitchen is off-limits for guests. Please do not bring food into Askara Haus that needs to be prepared. You are welcome to order in food from surrounding restaurants however.

Yes! Askara Haus has become a very popular spot for lifestyle and event photography. Our rates are R750 per hour for 2 people plus a photographer – by prior appointment only.
